our Approach

MINDSET CHANGE FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD

OUR APPROACH

We will use the following approaches
  1. Participatory Approach – engaging communities in the development process involving them in decision-making (giving them the opportunity to identify their most critical needs), planning, and implementation of interventions.
  2. Capacity Building – providing training and technical assistance to beneficiaries to build their capacity in developing their holistic self and subsequent development of livelihoods.
  3. Networking And Partnerships – forming partnerships and networks with other organizations and stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise for sustainability of interventions.
  4. Advocacy And Policy Influence – advocating for policies that promote sustainable livelihood development and environmental conservation and sustainability.
  5. Bulking Services – Providing bulking services to enterprise alumni running their own business for market access and linkage.
  6. Provide Incubation Services For Start-Ups In High Density Areas.
  7. Facilitating team building sessions.
  8. Job Brokering – facilitate for job placement for those participants who want to get employed and not start their own businesses.
  9. Deliver Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) – on behalf of Corporates  and other organizations. Most Corporates (L.E) & SMES have challenges implementing  their  Corporate Social  Responsibility (CSR)  or  Giving back to the community in a meaningful way .  Either they are too busy working on their core businesses and pay very little attention to CSR activities; or they implement CSR using unsustainable approaches such as one off donations or generally giving out handouts.
